We are looking for Denver-based teammates!

This team will deepen our understanding of providers' current and anticipated needs, and help us bring together our clinical, operational, and technological capabilities to create an integrated care delivery platform with our partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Owns a functional area related to provider engagement, including setting objectives and expectations for scope, including but not limited to strategy, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement

• Translates broader provider engagement goals and objectives into measurable deliverables/targets

• Drives performance and goal achievement for a small- to mid-sized team of direct reports

• Influences team, peers, and leaders in the department and cross-functionally.

• Conveys findings to leadership in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights and communicating progress towards goals and results.

• Balances a broad, strategic perspective while identifying and focusing on actionable insights

• Other duties as assigned

• Travel up to 15% as needed

Education and Requirements:

• Approximately 15% travel may be required for partner meetings and industry events.

• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or attend events.

• Bachelor's Degree required

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, project management, operation improvement, partner engagement, or relationship management experience

• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated experience in people management

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong preference for Denver-based candidates (office-oriented hybrid role, with three days required in-person per week)

The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $119,000.00 per year.
