The Workday HRIS Manager is a hands on role responsible for managing planning, configuring, testing, implementing, data management, customer reporting, and user support for the human resource information systems (HRIS).
The role involves leading and developing a team of HRIS professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Workday technology platform. The HRIS Manager is also the subject matter expert for Workday Core HCM, security administration, business process design, compensation setup, end user experience, and reporting and analytics.What You Will Do:
Configure Workday business processes, plan setup, security roles, calculated fields, condition rules, EIBs, and reporting.
Who You Are:
• Experience with Workday required with a preference for Workday payroll, leaves, and time. Experience with viEval is a plus.• SQL knowledge preferred. and experience with Workday.• Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, thorough understanding of core HR processes, concepts and objectives.
