Job Description

HCT is seeking an Interim Trauma Program Manager for a 150+ bed hospital in California. The responsibilities include:

Manage operational, administrative, and outreach services for the trauma program
Coordinate interdisciplinary management across the continuum of trauma care
Develop and implement clinical protocols and practice management guidelines
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a trauma program or similar setting
License: Current CA RN license
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CEN Preferred
EMR: Meditech
