We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader who will apply their expertise and passion to maximize the quality and performance of our presses in the field, setting the standard for customer satisfaction in industrial digital printing.

Role Overview

Mission and Scope

  • Adjust team priorities in a very dynamic environment where customer is always first
  • Lead Tier-4 execution and ensure every major issue results in measurable prevention/learning
  • Develop a culture of customer empathy, engineering rigor, and data-driven execution
  • Own system-level quality across firmware, software, data/workflows.
  • Translate customer escalations and telemetry into test coverage, release readiness, and engineering priorities
  • Build and run robust data dashboards to drive fact-based decisions across CA, R&D, and Services

Scope is global across multiple products and releases, with direct impact on customer satisfaction, uptime, and PWI quality reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 8+ years in system test/quality/customer assurance for complex HW/SW systems; 5+ years people leadership
  • Proven ability to drive release readiness, RCA/prevention, and cross-functional execution
  • Strong communication and comfort operating from hands-on detail to senior leadership
  • Preferred: industrial equipment/printing experience; ServiceNow; analytics/BI; test automation
  • The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
