Title: Manager, Employee Relations & HR Business PartnerLocation: Miami, FL - hybrid       Duration:  6 months +     Compensation: up to $50 per hour      Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Manager, Employee Relations / Human Resources Business Partner (Contractor)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide temporary support during team leaves. This role will partner with leaders and employees across multiple functions, with a strong focus on employee relations, Supporting HR projects, organizational initiatives, and HR business partner support.Key Responsibilities• Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, exit interviews, pulse surveys, policy interpretation, and employee concerns.• Manage and execute HR projects and annual people processes, including talent management, promotions, compensation planning, organizational changes, workforce planning, and process improvements.• Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee and organizational matters and support the execution of people strategies.• Develop presentations, reports, communications, and executive-ready materials for leaders and HR stakeholders.• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, develop executive-ready insights, and provide actionable recommendations related to employee relations, talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and other HR Centers of Excellence to support business needs.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.• 5+ years of HR experience with significant Employee Relations and HR Business Partner responsibilities.• Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters.• Demonstrated experience leading HR projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Contract Length: Approximately 6 monthsLocation: Miami, FL (Hybrid)About INSPYR Solutions Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
