  • Lead or support sourcing and contract negotiation activities related to software and hardware

  • Act as the primary point of contact for software and hardware-related issues, escalations, and inquiries

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Develop meaningful metrics, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to provide visibility into asset health, compliance posture, and cost performance

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to align asset management strategy with organizational goals

  • Provide guidance and technical support to employees on software and hardware standards, usage, and architecture

  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, managing expectations both upward and downward

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or JD preferred

  • 3+ years of SAM and/or HAM experience, including standing up or maturing an asset management program, preferably within an IT environment

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (IT Asset Management) or similar asset management platforms

  • Experience with data reporting and analysis to drive decision-making

  • Background in sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word

  • A proactive, deadline-driven mindset with strong organizational discipline

  • Curiosity and willingness to understand the broader business, its strategy, and core processes
