  • Serve as a central operational liaison across Sales, Creative, Planning, Operations, and Property teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for installers, production vendors, Fusion, SignBird, and other platform partners.
  • Ensure trafficking instructions are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
  • Provide property teams with clear visibility into installation timelines, campaign execution, and troubleshooting needs.
  • Identify and evaluate cost-efficient vendor options while maintaining quality expectations.

Reporting and Quality Assurance

  • Support post-campaign reporting with photos, screenshots, pacing checks, delivery confirmations, and proof-of-performance documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory data, maps, spec sheets, digital content, and documentation to maintain system integrity.

Sales and Marketing Support

  • Provide Sales with timely updates on new inventory, installations, workflow enhancements, and system changes.
  • Maintain organized shared folders and asset libraries for cross-team access.
  • Update sales collateral including capabilities materials, brochures, case studies, and the Business Development photo library.

Team Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicate proactively and clearly with Sales, vendors, and property teams to ensure accurate execution and effective issue resolution.
  • Participate in internal meetings, provide operational updates, identify risks, and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with trafficking teammates to provide coverage during absences.

The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.

What You Bring:
