Operational Follow-Through

Growth & Development Opportunity

  • Develop strong enterprise perspective through collaboration with senior commercial and cross-functional leaders
  • Contribute to the evolution of scalable project management capabilities within Commercial Operations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exposure to commercial operations, brand marketing, market access, sales operations, or related functions
  • Familiarity with common project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable rolling up sleeves and doing the work, not just coordinating it
  • Able to influence without authority and build trust quickly
  • Pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Interested in helping build scalable ways of working over time
