Job Description

The Investor Relations team delivers outstanding experience for all fund investors and intermediaries while maintaining compliance.

This VP role supports our Private Equity fund growth and acts as a key contact for internal teams, investors, and third-party providers, managing centralized investor inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee the Dallas Investor Relations team and assess their structure to ensure effective allocation of duties and responsibilities.
  • Support Private Equity institutional and private wealth investors by ensuring timely requests, complete transaction documentation, and deadline compliance.
  • Manage fund administrator relationships, prioritizing investor services, data integration, and efficient workflows for diverse fund structures and distribution partners.
  • Become familiar with the Firm's Private Fund offerings to provide informed client service.
  • Supervise the introduction of new products and assess their effect on team workload.
  • Supervise the integration of new products and assess their impact on team workload volume.
  • Deliver essential metrics and reports to senior management.
  • Supervise group mailboxes and communication queues for interactions with both internal teams and external investors or counterparties.
  • Administer ongoing client account maintenance, including re-registration and distribution of client communications.
  • Define and establish departmental procedures.
  • Drive continual improvement through process enhancements and automation, including assisting with UAT testing for on-going project work.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years' financial services experience, ideally in client service management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Familiar with private markets open and closed end funds
  • Professional internal partner management skills
  • Client-focused, detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and thriving under pressure.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of eFront suite of applications (Front Invest and Investment Café), preferred.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, production, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
