Job Description
WHY NEW ENGEN?
At New Engen, we help brands grow-not just bigger, but smarter. We're a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.
Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions-like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they're all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.
We're a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands-and each other-thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead Cross-Channel Media Strategy
Own strategic media planning across paid social, search, video, and programmatic channels. Build integrated media strategies that align to client business goals, audience insights, and performance objectives while balancing brand and conversion priorities.
Bridge Media and Creative Strategy
Act as a strategic connector between media, creative, and content teams to ensure campaigns are grounded in cohesive audience insights and messaging strategies. Partner closely with teams like Creative and Creator to help shape more thoughtful, insight-driven creative approaches beyond tactical trend-based recommendations.
Drive Strategic Client Leadership
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients, confidently presenting media strategies, performance narratives, testing recommendations, and audience insights to both day-to-day contacts and executive stakeholders. Help clients understand not just what is happening, but why.
Translate Data Into Actionable Insights
Leverage quantitative and qualitative research, campaign performance data, audience insights, and measurement frameworks to inform media strategy and optimization recommendations. Connect performance back to broader business outcomes and future planning opportunities.
Develop Full-Funnel Media Plans
Build comprehensive media plans rooted in audience segmentation, channel roles, reach and frequency principles, testing frameworks, and campaign objectives. Partner with activation teams to ensure strategic recommendations are executable and scalable.
Identify Emerging Opportunities
Stay ahead of evolving media consumption trends, platform capabilities, consumer behaviors, and creative best practices. Bring proactive recommendations and innovative thinking to clients and internal teams.
Partner Cross-Functionally
Collaborate closely with media, creative, and content partners to ensure campaigns are grounded in audience insights and business objectives. Help connect media strategy to creative development and performance outcomes, ensuring teams are aligned around a common strategic direction.
Support Strategic Growth
Contribute to new business opportunities, internal thought leadership, and the continued evolution of New Engen's media strategy and planning capabilities.
Mentor and Elevate Team Thinking
Provide guidance, collaboration, and strategic support to junior team members and cross-functional partners. Help elevate strategic thinking, storytelling, and planning rigor across the broader team.
