You will support process improvement, information management initiatives, metrics, AI governance, workflow development, knowledge management, AI-enabled tools, and multi-functional collaboration between Legal, Compliance, Digital, and business teams.

The role will be part of the Legal and Compliance Team and will focus on process mapping, documentation, metrics, automation, data discovery, technology enablement, governance support, and practical content structuring for tools and workflows.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Support activities and initiatives of the Data and Information Management Committee and AI governance initiatives, including meeting coordination, materials, decision logs, action tracking, follow-up, and collaborator alignment.
  • Map, document, and improve Legal and Compliance processes related to vendor security review, contract workflows, NPI support, and governance processes.
  • Define and maintain meaningful metrics, dashboards, trackers, issue logs, and status reports to show workload, risks, bottlenecks, follow-ups, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify, organize, and connect relevant data across document repositories, databases, trackers, systems, and knowledge sources.
  • Configure and improve Legal and Compliance technology tools, including AI-enabled tools.
  • Support risk assessments and audit readiness by maintaining risk logs, evidence trails, process documentation, control information, and materials related to blocking issues.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, data analytics, audit, business systems, information management, process improvement, compliance, or a related field.
  • Total 8 years plus and minimum of 3 years experience in

process improvement, technology-enabled operations, compliance technology, audit, analytics, workflow management, or related roles.

  • Strong process-mapping and documentation skills; able to define requirements, roles, handoffs, controls, and blocking issue points.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to find, organize, and connect data across systems, repositories, trackers, and databases.
  • Experience defining metrics, dashboards, reports, issue logs, and management-ready summaries.
  • Comfortable with workflow, collaboration, knowledge management, AI-enabled, automation, or governance platforms.
  • Able to translate Legal and Compliance needs into practical process, data, and technology requirements.
  • Strong program management skills; able to coordinate meetings, actions, decisions, and follow-up across collaborators.
  • Hard-working, tech-curious, and able to bring structure, new knowledge, and improvement ideas.
