Job Description
The Manager, AMS Project Delivery is responsible for leading projects within the AMS organization, ensuring flawless execution, strong stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational priorities. This role also provides leadership and mentorship to project consultants, fosters team engagement, and drives innovation into AMS processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
Lead assigned projects with a focus on scope alignment, timely delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Conduct regular calibration meetings to ensure team alignment on objectives and timelines.
Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including status updates, issue tracking, and escalation management.
Drive accountability through organized documentation, timely follow-ups, and clear ownership of action items.
Ensure all project documentation (meeting notes, deliverable dates, ownership logs) is accurate, accessible, and audit-ready.
Evaluate and incorporate artificial intelligence tools and practices into AMS project delivery processes.
Cascade AI knowledge and best practices to the project delivery team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.+
