Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Description

This is a high-impact, execution-first role (80% execution, 20% strategy) within Agentic Talent Experience, responsible for defining and operationalizing AI-first Performance Management talent practices at enterprise scale. The ideal candidate is a seasoned program manager who combines strategic clarity with exceptional operational rigor - someone who can see the full end-to-end picture, identify what's broken or redundant, and drive disciplined execution to transform it.

A defining mandate of this role is to rationalize and streamline Salesforce's 17+ global Performance Management business processes down to under 10 - eliminating complexity, reducing friction, and creating a simpler, more consistent employee experience worldwide. This requires both the vision to diagnose inefficiencies and the operational discipline to implement improvements at scale with strong stakeholder alignment.

Partnering closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders globally, this individual designs and embeds AI-first performance practices - from objective setting (OKRs) to performance check-ins to feedback cycles - ensuring every program is scalable, measurable, and delivers real impact for employees and the business.

Responsibilities

AI-First Performance Management Design & Practice Building

  • Define, build, and continuously evolve AI-first Performance Management talent practices across the full performance lifecycle - including objective setting (OKRs), performance check-ins, feedback, and development conversations

  • Embed Agentic AI and automation into performance processes to make them smarter, faster, and more impactful for employees, managers, and senior leaders at scale

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on modern, AI-enabled performance management practices, bringing forward innovative approaches and external benchmarks to shape Salesforce's approach

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate enterprise strategic priorities into clear, measurable, and scalable performance frameworks adopted consistently across the global organization

  • Design intuitive, effective check-in and feedback experiences that support employee development and generate actionable talent insights

Process Simplification & Operational Excellence

  • Lead the end-to-end rationalization of Salesforce's global Performance Management processes - with a clear mandate to consolidate 17+ business processes driving simplicity, consistency, and efficiency across the organization

  • Map and assess the current state of performance processes globally; identify redundancies, friction points, and opportunities for consolidation and improvement

  • Develop and execute a phased transformation roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes

  • Build and maintain scalable operational standards, templates, and playbooks that support consistent, high-quality execution across regions and business units

  • Drive efficiency by eliminating manual effort, reducing redundancies, and accelerating execution without compromising quality or employee experience

Enterprise-Scale Program Execution

  • Own end-to-end execution of global Performance Management programs with excellence - managing complex timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and multi-stakeholder environments with operational rigor

  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers; escalate issues and recommend solutions with a bias toward action

  • Develop and deliver change management strategies, communications, and enablement resources that drive adoption and high-quality participation from managers and employees globally

  • Establish clear metrics and feedback loops to monitor program adoption, effectiveness, and impact; iterate based on data and insights

  • Leverage AI-driven tools for planning, reporting, and decision-making to accelerate execution and enhance outcomes

Stakeholder Alignment & Partnership

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional partners globally to ensure alignment, buy-in, and sustained adoption of performance programs

  • Lead stakeholder communication strategies that drive clarity, engagement, and accountability at all levels of the organization

  • Manage escalations and competing priorities with sound judgment and a service-oriented mindset

  • Synthesize feedback and operational insights from diverse stakeholders to continuously improve program design and delivery

Data & Insights

  • Define and maintain performance dashboards and measurement frameworks to track program adoption, quality, and business impact

  • Analyze data to identify trends, surface actionable insights, and drive continuous improvements to programs and processes

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems, tools, and documentation

  • Leverage AI-driven analytics and reporting tools to accelerate insights and support data-informed talent decisions
