  • Regulatory Guidance & Impact: Work with legal to apply compliance structures and contract requirements to internal workflows.

  • Contract Processes: Validate that sufficient processes are documented and in place to support Direct Agreements where necessary.

  • Manage Contractual Guidelines & Enablement: As an expert of a specific agreement, you will document, create any necessary material to support, and be the point-person on the contract who enables and manages day-to-day sales and operational tasks related to the contract.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and draft "future-state" documents to streamline efficiency.

  • Order Management: Validate task orders as compared to the MSA's contractual pricing & deal commitments

  • Communications & Updates: Be the Contract SME, manage Q&A, and lead the communication strategy to ensure all business partners have the most updated documentation and information.

  • Renewals collaborate with Renewals to ensure an on-time renewal

  • Deal Strategy & Operations: Become an expert in understanding Salesforce's unique Pricing & Operations strategies in order to advise on best practices and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Process Documentation & Optimization: Exceptional ability to draft clear and concise process documentation.

  • Regulatory, & Compliance Literacy: Deep understanding of government solicitation types and Fed/SLED contract vehicles.

  • Attention to Detail: You're the person who catches the conflicting clause in a 50-page document.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with procurement software (ERPs) and documentation tools (Google Sheets/MS Excel, MS Powerpoint/Google Slides, Slack, and Lucidchart).

  • Communication Skills: Expert oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience: 6+ years working directly with government contracting processes in a hands-on role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of SaaS and Consumption pricing in the government space
