Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager (In-Staffing) is responsible for leading the organization's internal recruitment operations under the direction of the CHRO and managing a team of recruiters supporting staffing initiatives across multiple divisions and locations. This role oversees day-to-day recruiting activities, requisition management, and hiring strategy execution to ensure timely and effective placement of candidates in support of operational needs and organizational growth.

The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a partner to operational and clinical leadership while providing direct leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to a team of recruiters. This position is responsible for maintaining efficient recruitment workflows, improving hiring outcomes, and supporting a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

Essential Functions

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters responsible for staffing support across multiple regions, divisions, and clinic locations
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including requisition management, sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, interviewing processes, and hiring timelines
  • Partner with operational and departmental leadership to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor recruiter workloads, open requisition volumes, time-to-fill metrics, and hiring trends to ensure recruitment efficiency and operational support
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, candidate evaluation, and market conditions
  • Develop proactive sourcing and pipeline strategies for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment and onboarding coordination
  • Support recruitment efforts associated with organizational growth, new clinic openings, divisional expansion, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with all employment laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational hiring policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment process improvements, reporting tools, and operational best practices
  • Participate in recruitment events, networking opportunities, community outreach, and employer branding initiatives as needed
  • Prepare and present recruitment activity reports, staffing updates, and workforce trends to leadership
  • Act as a liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership to support communication and operational alignment

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience required
  • Previous healthcare recruitment experience preferred
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Certifications

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
  • Ability to travel occasionally between office and clinic locations as needed
  • Ability to lift and transport recruitment or event materials up to 25 pounds
