Job Description
As theManager– Card & Treasury Management Sales,you willbe responsible formanaging the Treasury and Card Sales Officers in the Small-Medium Business segment of UMB.
Howyou’llspend your time:
- You will develop,implementand execute market-based sales strategies.
- You will actively work with markets and lines of business leadership to ensure joint strategies are linked/aligned.
- You willrepresentand build treasury managementbrandinternally and externally.
- You will champion client needs and product innovations.
- You will lead deal team(s) to solve complex client needs and issues.
- You will leadteamto achieve market/team/individual metrics, customer retentiongoalsandnew salesproduction targets.
- You will develop performance plans/goals for the sales team.
- You will coach and holdteamaccountabletoperformance plans.
- You will manage and report salespipelineto management.
- Other duties as assigned.
We’reexcited to talk to you if:
- YoupossesaBachelor’sdegree or equivalent.
- You have8+years’of Treasury Management sales experience.
- You have2+yearsteam lead or sales management experience.
- Youdemonstratequalitymanagement & coaching skills (hiring, development, motivational, interpersonal).
- Youdemonstratesales management ability by achieving team sales & scorecard goals and the development of the sales team.
- Youdemonstrateabilityto grow revenue through new business development, networking in the community, & development of the sales team.
- Youdemonstrateadvanced knowledge in Treasury Products & Services.
- Youdemonstrateadvanced verbal& writtencommunication skills.
- Youdemonstratequalityorganizational skills.
- Youdemonstrateproficiencyin Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Bonus points if:
- You hold a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Management (CCM) certification.
- You have working knowledge of Web-based Treasury applications, Pep+, and mainframe.
- You have ability to influence and develop a strong strategic sales plan, communicate and provide leadership and execution of the stated plan.
Compensation Range:
$99,750.00 - $214,370.00The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors. In addition, this range does not encompass the full earning potential for this role. Please see the description of benefits included with this job posting for additional information
