What you get to do:

• Analyzing park pricing initiatives and providing analytical support
• Attendance analysis by location and product
• Per cap variance review and analysis for admissions and in-park spending across the company
• Marketing analytical support on new campaigns and initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of the business unit strategy meetings
• Financial analysis around macro-economic and industry trends
• Assist with the preparation of the annual operating budget and provide expense variance analysis for corporate departments
• Special projects and other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Must possess strong leadership, motivational and organizational skills
• Must be able to build relationships and influence leaders
• Must have a proactive and service-oriented approach to problem solving
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have experience managing expenses, COGs and revenue
• Must have an understanding of revenue management (demand-based pricing) concept
• Must have an understanding of admissions pricing, promotions and per caps
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize effectively
• Must have strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be comfortable working with all levels of leadership
• Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

What else is important:

• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Experience using SAP Business Objects is preferred
• Experience using Parkware, Budgetware, and Edison preferred
