Job Description

Position Summary: The Manager, Post-Award supervises a team of Senior Post-Award Analysts and Post-Award Analysts, overseeing all post-award activities for an assigned team. This role ensures service quality, equitable workload distribution, and compliance with sponsor requirements. The Manager partners with faculty, departmental staff, and central offices to resolve complex issues and also collaborates on onboarding and professional development initiatives. The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and deep expertise in post-award compliance.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree In Business Administration Or in related field(s)

Minimum Experience: 5 years

Minimum Skills: Expert knowledge of and experience in financial analysis and reporting. Knowledge of computer simulation and forecasting techniques. Directly related management experience.

Preferred Education: Master's degree

Preferred Experience: 7 years

Preferred Skills: Directly related experience in a university environment with knowledge of university systems and procedures preferred.
