Manager, Media Strategy & PlanningPrimary Location: Universal City, CAV-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Manager, Media Strategy & Planning for our premier client UniversalCity, CA.Education and Experience:

5+ years of experience in media planning and buying across all media channels
Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, marketing, communications/advertising, or media studies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

Understanding of TV and digital viewing measurement
Understanding of the end-to-end digital advertising ecosystem, including agency, publisher, and consumer-facing technologies – such as ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, networks, exchanges, creative optimizers, and data providers
Previous people management experience, including coaching

WHAT YOU'LL DO:Job Responsibilities:

Strong foundation in marketing, advertising, and media planning principles
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Proven ability to independently manage timelines, deadlines, and follow-through across multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
Analytical, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data and complex information into actionable insights, compelling recommendations, and clear written deliverables
