About the team: The Walmart Data Ventures team specializes in transforming Walmart’s data into actionable B2B solutions that empower merchants and suppliers to make informed decisions. This team leads the full lifecycle of data product development, collaborating across functions to achieve strategic business objectives. Program Managers oversee complex initiatives, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous process improvements. The team emphasizes clear communication, strategic planning, and leadership to support innovation and operational excellence within a dynamic environment, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable results. What you'll do:

• Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, prioritize critical issues, and ensure timely resolution and delivery of milestones.
• Monitor program performance through analysis of key metrics, trend data, and customer feedback, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements to increase service and product capabilities.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while promoting a culture of integrity and respect.
