Collaborating with senior leaders, the team defines goals, anticipates challenges, and establishes measurable success criteria. Members apply expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder management to deliver impactful solutions aligned with Walmart’s objectives. The team drives innovation through effective project management, financial oversight, and technology strategy development, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering continuous improvement across the organization.

• Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining project plans to meet business objectives.
• Lead cross functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
• Analyze program performance using key indicators, trend data, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, reporting, and escalation of critical issues.
• Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity while supporting continuous learning and process improvements.
