The Manager, Strategic Account Management, leads the development and execution of account strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs. The manager also oversees onboarding, forecasting, and negotiation processes to enhance customer experiences and achieve sustainable growth within assigned accounts.About the team:The Data Ventures Account Management team drives strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence. Collaborating across functions, the team develops and executes business plans while managing key stakeholder relationships. Members utilize skills in negotiation, relationship management, and business planning to enhance customer success and optimize product offerings. The team emphasizes continuous improvement, coaching, and clear communication. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic plans and business objectives.
