Now, we are looking for a talented Manager Candidate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Overview:

In our manager development program, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job and online training with the goal of being promoted to a manager position within 8 weeks. The program starts with basic in-shop and delivery skills and progresses to shift management and store management.

Responsibilities:

Run shifts of 8-10 hours per day
Open the store and prepare ingredients and vegetables
Bake fresh bread for each shift
Manage fresh bread production throughout the shift
Supervise in-shop and driver employees
Oversee inventory and product delivery
Make personnel decisions with input and consent from owners
Create schedules (for General Manager)
