Want to run your own store someday?Affordable Home Furnishings is looking for a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This position is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who want to grow into a Store Manager role.You'll learn every part of the business-from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations-while working directly with experienced managers. What You'll DoExtensive contact with customers by phone and field visits

Learn and perform all aspects of store operations

Handle all sales, collections and service on a route while learning our system

Lead by example in sales and customer service

Help manage customer accounts and collections

Train and motivate team members

Set up and maintain showroom displays

Put together new merchandise

Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise

Monitor inventory and merchandise flow

Assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations when needed

Work toward managing your own store location

Any other tasks assigned by management

What We're Looking ForRetail management experience preferred

Sales experience required

Collections or account management experience preferred

Rent-to-own experience is a major plus

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
