This role is designed for individuals who are ready to take on restaurant management responsibilities and grow into an Operating Partner role.Key Responsibilities:Participate in hands-on training to learn all aspects of restaurant operations

Assist with managing daily performance, cleanliness, and service standards

Lead and support team members to foster a positive and productive work environment

Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues with professionalism

Oversee inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting
