We are searching for a Manager Lifecycle Marketing to join our Seriously Nice Marketing team. This role combines strategic and analytical thinking with hands on execution, someone equally comfortable analyzing performance data and crafting the messaging that reaches our Guests. You will own the full lifecycle marketing program across email, SMS, and push, from planning and segmentation through execution and reporting.

Here's what you'll do

Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Own the email, SMS, and push marketing program, including planning, lifecycle design, prioritization, and execution, in support of acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue goals.

  • Design and manage ongoing lifecycle journeys, including welcome, reengagement, win back, post purchase, and Loyalty.

  • Develop and refine audience segmentation to personalize messaging based on behavior, engagement level, lifecycle stage, and product affinity.

  • Maintain the campaign roadmap and content calendar, leading initiatives from concept through deployment, coordination with cross functional partners, managing timelines, and resolving dependencies.

  • Guide the creation of email assets, including drafting copy, developing creative briefs, and partnering closely with Copy and Design to build on brand creative that drives conversions and engagement.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other commercial teams to develop strategies that align with Breeze's overall brand, marketing, and business goals.

  • Build and maintain scalable, production ready HTML email templates.

  • Perform the operational tasks required to launch campaigns, including audience setup, journey configuration, scheduling, and final pre send validation.

  • Establish rigorous project management and operational processes to ensure sends are accurately built, reviewed, tested, and deployed on time.

  • Implement and optimize automation workflows, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and transactional sends.

  • Support the selection and strategy for new ESPs, CDPs, and marketing platforms, coordinating with partners across teams to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Establish best practices for email, SMS, and push campaigns, including cadence, message testing, and opt in and opt out management.

  • Act as an organization wide resource for email, SMS, and push notification best practices, providing guidance on transactional and Guest notification strategy as needed.

Testing, Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor campaign and lifecycle performance, using data and analysis to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.

  • Analyze key performance metrics and produce clear, actionable readouts and recommendations that inform campaign and program decisions.

  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, send times, content, and journey logic to improve engagement and growth.

  • Help define and track key metrics for audience growth, engagement, and retention.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and delivery issues related to ESP performance and reporting.

  • Monitor deliverability and implement strategies to maintain a high inbox placement rate.

Guest Data & Compliance

  • Use Guest data to segment Breeze's subscriber lists based on demographics, geography, behavior, and preferences.

  • Manage and maintain subscriber lists across email, SMS, and push, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Implement list hygiene practices to improve deliverability and engagement.

  • Make sure every send complies with spam and email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM), TCPA, carrier guidelines, and related best practices.

  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Data teams to define requirements, resolve issues, maintain a working understanding of data feeds, and develop journeys and campaigns that support lifecycle, promotional, and automation goals.
