Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Full-Time | Onsite | Jacksonville, FLA well-established, growing organization with a national footprint is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join its Jacksonville-based team. This position requires experience building and leading FP&A functions. This role will play a key part in sourcing data, architecting models, building budget processes, shaping financial strategy, strengthening planning processes, and supporting enterprise-wide decision-making. Will manage a team of financial analysts helping to improve finance, data, and analytics processes. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday.Position OverviewThe Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will oversee core planning, analysis, and financial operations functions, partnering closely with executive and operational leaders. This individual will lead enterprise planning activities, enhance financial transparency, and advance the organizations analytical and reporting capabilities. The role also includes oversight of treasury-related activities, financial systems, and the development of a high-performing finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis
- Lead annual and multi-year budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Develop scenario analyses and provide forward-looking financial insights
- Support strategic initiatives through rigorous modeling and data-driven analysis
- Oversee capital planning, cash management, and liquidity forecasting
- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and related financial programs
- Partner on risk management initiatives, policies, and financial controls
- Own and enhance financial reporting frameworks to improve insight and accountability
- Lead optimization of finance tools, reporting platforms, and non-core financial systems
- Drive consistency in financial models, assumptions, and performance metrics
- Advance scalable, automated reporting and analytical capabilities
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve cost discipline and resource allocation
- Strengthen governance around spend management, contracts, and financial processes
- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong finance team aligned with current and future needs
- Set clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Promote professional development, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA, CTP, or similar) preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning or corporate finance
- 3+ years of experience leading a finance team.
- Strong data and analytics skills with the ability to source data, architect the models and guide users.
- Experience supporting complex organizations with enterprise-wide planning needs
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large financial systems and reporting tools (ERP experience a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and communicate financial insights clearly
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
