Job Description
Manager of On-sites, Staffing Industry - Remote Our client is seeking a Manager of On-sites to oversee and elevate the performance of their on-site staffing partnerships across multiple client locations. This is a leadership role focused on people management, operational consistency and performance optimization. This is a critical role in driving success across diverse, fast-paced environments while supporting and growing a team. What youll do:
- Lead and mentor 810+ direct reports, with team growth expected.*
- Provide guidance on employee relationships issues and conflict resolution.*
- Train on systems, best practices and operational standards.*
- Oversee multiple on-site programs ensuring consistency across locations.*
- Participate in QBRs with clients, acting as a strategic partner driving client satisfaction and program success.*
- Analyze key metrics such as attrition rates, productivity, time to fill and overall site performance.*
- Promote and enforce safety standards and risk mitigation practices.
- On-site experience, preferably across multiple locations. Experience with high volume, light industrial clients is a must.*
- Proven ability to manage, coach and develop teams.*
- Comfort working with data, reports, and KPIs to drive decisions.*
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.*
- Ability to travel moderately to new and existing client sites.
