Job Description

Trove Brands is a privately-held house of brands including BlenderBottle®, Owala®, Whiskware®, and Eco-Brite®. Our patented and best-selling products are designed to simplify and improve everyday life with leading-edge innovation, incomparable quality, and aspirational style.

A career at Trove Brands is not about punching the clock. It’s about embracing exciting and fast-paced opportunities that sharpen your skills, drive innovation, and play an integral role in growing our global reach. Your work will not only impact the company, it will impact the lives of millions of people around the world. When you step up to a career at Trove, you step up to cutting-edge excellence. You sign up for bold action and invigorating synergy. You agree to face—and break through—new challenges every single day.

We’re looking for a people-first Manager of Project Management to lead a team of project managers and run their own projects. This role will orchestrate cross-functional launches across Product, Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You’ll coach your team, remove roadblocks, and level-up our processes so every launch moves from “What if…?” to “On the shelf!”—on time, on budget, and on brand.

  • Lead the team- Set clear goals, run weekly 1:1s, deliver candid feedback, grow careers, and uphold a high-performance bar.
  • Build the bench- Recruit, onboard, and rapidly ramp project management talent as the team scales.
  • Own the plan – Build crystal-clear project timelines in ClickUp and keep every task, dependency, and milestone on track. Focus on both individual projects and the overall portfolio.
  • Drive collaboration – Facilitate crisp decisions across Product, Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Operations; keep global partners and factories in the loop. Clarify priorities and make sure no detail (or sample shipment) slips through the cracks.
  • Master risk – Spot roadblocks before they appear, adjust the plan, and communicate changes with calm confidence.
  • Champion clarity – Run energizing meetings, share concise updates, and keep global partners in the loop.
  • Optimize the engine – Apply Lean and BPM principles to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and level-up how we work.
  • Inspire momentum – Model positivity under pressure and foster a culture of continuous improvement and “let’s-do-this” fun.

What You Bring

  • 9+ years of project/program management experience (CPG preferred), including 1–3 years leading PjMs or project teams.
  • Mastery of modern PjM tools—especially ClickUp—and the ability to create scalable, elegant workflows and dashboards.
  • Proven track record delivering multi-stakeholder launches on time and on budget.
  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and executive-ready reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to lead by influence, juggling multiple priorities without losing focus. Strong organization and prioritization across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Comfort working on-site (5 days/week) in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Bonus points for experience with product safety regulations, third-party manufacturers, or advanced Excel wizardry.
  • PMP strongly preferred

Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic. We value innovation through collaboration. And while we work smart and hard, we also connect and celebrate with equal gusto. We host team-building activities, athletic events, and seasonal celebrations to foster community and reward accomplishments. Bottom line? You’ll love it here.

Among the many benefits our team members enjoy are:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care
  • 401k package with employer matching
  • Paid Time Off
  • Maternity/Paternity leave
  • Full indoor basketball/volleyball court
  • Fully equipped fitness center (cardio, weights, functional fitness area, lockers and showers, etc.)
  • Yoga studio
  • Meditation/Nap room
  • And much more!
