Job Description

The Manager of Project Management will oversee all project workflows from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment across R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners. This leader will develop and refine project management frameworks, optimize communication flows, and ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Description

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for new product launches, product updates, and operational initiatives.
    • Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
    • Build and enhance project management frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, and communication tools.
    • Partner closely with R&D, Operations, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to maintain alignment and visibility across all active projects.
    • Facilitate effective cross‑functional meetings, including project kickoffs, status updates, risk mitigation reviews, and post‑mortems.
    • Identify project bottlenecks, proactively communicate risks, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Manage customer interactions related to project progress, requirements, and deliverables.
    • Ensure accurate project documentation, recordkeeping, and version control.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project throughput, process standardization, and team efficiency.
    • Support leadership with reporting, resource planning, workload balancing, and long‑term project strategy.

Profile

  • 5-8+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, food/beverage, CPG, or a similar regulated environment.
  • Prior leadership or team management experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product development workflows, commercialization processes, and cross‑functional operations.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
  • PMP, Lean, or Agile certifications are a plus but not required.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical and process-improvement capabilities.
