Manager Of Strategic Operations

Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus Opportunity

Compensation will be determined based on experience, education, specialized skills, and overall qualifications.

Travel: Approximately 25%

Shields Health Solutions is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to partner closely with our Executive Leadership Team on high-impact growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. This role offers exceptional exposure to senior leadership and serves as a proven pathway into broader leadership opportunities across the organization.

You'll work on the company's most critical business priorities-leading cross-functional projects, evaluating growth opportunities, building financial analyses, and helping drive strategic decision-making across a rapidly growing healthcare organization.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with executive leadership to execute key strategic initiatives and business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and analyses to support growth opportunities and partnerships.
• Work with regional operations teams to identify and execute revenue growth and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support executive decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Assist with board presentations, executive communications, and strategic planning efforts.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and operational improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Finance, or a similar analytical environment.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience building executive-level presentations and communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
