Hiring Range: $105,601.60 to $144,317.33
Pay Range: $105,601.60 to $163,675.20
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the talent acquisition function, including oversight of recruitment strategy, sourcing strategy, recruiting operations, and onboarding processes to support the current and future workforce needs of SCF. This position leads the talent acquisition team and ensures effective coordination of recruiting activities across the organization. The Manager of Talent Acquisition partners with organizational leadership to support workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and recruitment initiatives that ensure SCF maintains the workforce capacity necessary to deliver high-quality healthcare services. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving talent acquisition strategies, recruitment processes, and onboarding practices aligned with SCF's mission, operational principles, and strategic workforce priorities.
Qualifications:
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF's vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible professional Human Resources, talent acquisition, or recruitment experience, including experience recruiting for healthcare or other complex organizational environments.
- Two (2) years of supervisory or management experience which may be concurrent with the four (4) years of professional Human Resources, talent acquisition, or recruitment experience.
- Professional human resources certification through Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), or ability to obtain certification within twelve (12) months of hire.
Native Preference:
Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training. SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.
Employee Health Requirements:
Compliance with our Employee Health Procedure is a condition of SCF employment. You are required to agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment. Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position, requires that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus- Diphtheria- Pertussis), and COVID-19 vaccination is required.
