Job Description

Responsible for all building maintenance and facility operations both interior and exterior. Provides direct supervision of plant operations employees in the daily execution of their responsibilities in unscheduled, scheduled, and preventative maintenance and repair. Estimated salary range for this position is $88478.97 - $115022.66 / year depending on experience. Degrees:

  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Florida Drivers License (Class E Non-Commercial).

Additional Qualifications:

  • Must have extensive knowledge and a technical background related to facility plant equipment and hospital systems.
  • Must be detail-oriented and customer service-focused.

Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years
