What You Will Be Doing

The Manager of Quality leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of quality systems that ensure manufactured products consistently meet the highest standards. This role inspires and develops a team of Quality professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning while driving initiatives aligned with business objectives. Partnering closely with manufacturing, Central Quality, and key stakeholders, the Manager of Quality strengthens existing systems, launches new processes, and resolves manufacturing and product issues through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include overseeing quality standards, calibration programs, raw material quality and vendor performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and clear reporting on quality performance to support the delivery of exceptional products.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • MBA or MS in a relevant discipline highly desirable

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a technical role preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of quality engineering experience required

  • Continuous Improvement certifications desirable

  • Strong expertise in quality assurance, process engineering, and system optimization

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage short- and long-term priorities

  • Exceptional multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills

  • Proficient in Minitab and statistical analysis tools

Pay Range: $110,196.00-$140,620.00
