Job Description

Manager Technology role is responsible for building and enhancing technology solutions to meet complex business needs. You will lead the evaluation of new Technology and develop product roadmaps by providing technical and strategic direction. To be successful, you will enthusiastically foster the development of a high-performing team consistently delivering business value, breakthrough innovation and transformative results, and exceptional operational practices. Estimated salary range for this position is $144738.24 - $188159.71 / year depending on experience.

Degrees:

  • Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of managerial and leadership experience.
  1. Agile Framework Expertise
  • Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models
  • Ability to determine which framework best fits each project or portfolio
  • Skilled at coaching teams through agile practices
  1. Change Management & Transformation Leadership
  • Manage a team responsible for product and product delivery
  • Leads organizational change to shift teams from waterfall to agile approaches
  • Communicates the "why" behind agile to reduce resistance and increase adoption
  1. Portfolio & Capacity Management
  • Aligns agile delivery with strategic priorities
  • Manages team capacity, resource planning, and sprint forecasting
  • Ensures transparency of demand vs. capacity
  1. Governance in an Agile Environment
  • Establishes metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, OKRs)
  • Ensures compliance with enterprise standards without slowing delivery
  1. Coaching & Team Development
  • Coaches project managers, scrum masters, and product owners
  • Supports teams in maturing through agile stages
  • Provides feedback, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance management
  1. Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Communicates progress through agile reporting (burn‑downs, Kanban flow, dashboards)
  • Bridges communication between business, IT, and executive leadership
  • Facilitates collaboration across cross‑functional teams
  1. Continuous Improvement Mindset
  • Encourages experimentation, retrospectives, and incremental improvement
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and remove waste
  • Promotes a culture of learning and adaptability
  1. Risk & Dependency Management
  • Tracks and mitigates risks within iterative delivery cycles
  • Manages cross‑team dependencies in complex portfolios
  • Ensures proactive escalation and decision‑making
  1. Strategic Thinking & Business Alignment
  • Connects agile ways of working to measurable business outcomes
  • Ensures the portfolio supports organizational objectives
  • Uses data to drive prioritization and decision‑making
  1. Tools & Technology Proficiency
  • Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow SPM, Notion, Aha! etc.
  • Builds dashboards, supports workflow automation, and standardizes tool usage
