Dead River Company is seeking motivated, career-driven graduates to join our Management Training Program. Ideal candidates are recent graduates/ grads in May of 2026 of a 2-year technical or trade program or a 4-year college/university program who are ready to apply their education in a hands-on operational leadership environment.

What You'll Do:
As a Manager Trainee, you’ll rotate through key departments to build a complete understanding of how our business operates:
Customer Service & Office Operations
Delivery & Logistics
Service & Field Operations
Sales & Customer Growth
Credit & Financial Operations
You’ll also:
Assist senior leaders with budgeting and financial analysis
Review performance metrics and operational reports
Participate in marketing and customer experience initiatives
Learn industry regulations and company policies
Support fleet, facility, and operational improvement projects
Take part in formal company-sponsored leadership training
This is not a shadowing program — you’ll be actively involved in real business operations.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking recent graduates who demonstrate:
Leadership experience (school, athletics, military, work, student organizations)
Strong communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Initiative and self-motivation
Organizational strength and attention to detail
Integrity and follow-through
A genuine desire to lead teams in the future
Education:
Recent graduate of a 2-year technical/trade program or 4-year college/university
Business, Operations, Logistics, Technical, or related majors preferred
