What You'll Do:

As a Manager in Training, you'll work side-by-side with Store Managers and upper management to learn the skills needed to run a successful Dunkin' restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting daily store operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash management
• Training and motivating team members to deliver great guest experiences
• Learning how to resolve problems quickly and effectively while keeping customers happy
• Maintaining brand and food safety standards
• Driving productivity and assisting in achieving sales and profitability goals
• Building leadership skills to prepare for your promotion to management

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of supervisor or assistant manager experience in retail, food service, or hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and guests
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule
