The salary range for this role is:

$86,079.72 - $146,324.22

Responsibilities:

At Del Monte Foods, we are committed to equitable compensation practices and full compliance with state and local pay transparency laws and in such, we disclose the following compensation details for this role:

  • Salary Range: $86,079.72 - $146,324.22, which reflects the full compensation band for the position, based on market data, internal equity, and role responsibilities
  • Target Hiring Range: $95,000 - $115,000, which reflects the range we anticipate offering to qualified candidates, based on experience, skills, location and alignment with role expectations.

Position Overview:

This position is based at our facility in McAllen, Texas.

  • Maintains accurate finished goods inventory through rigorous oversight of processes, audits, and daily operational engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related field, preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics Operations
  • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
  • Experience in computerized warehouse management and transportation management systems.
  • Understanding financial/accounting principles and operational budgeting.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing annual operating plans (P&L).
  • Ability to empower the workforce and build strong teams through hiring, developing, evaluating, training, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Proven ability to define performance measures directly related to business and hold people accountable for such.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build direct relationships with hourly and salaried team members.
  • Excellent customer service focus and results oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills, including SAP; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be within reasonable commuting distance to the McAllen facility
