Put Your Mechanical Skills to Work and Get Paid for ItIf you enjoy fixing things, working with your hands and staying active throughout the day, this Mixer (Manual Labor) role offers steady hours, solid pay, and the chance to grow your skillset.Job Title: Manual Labor (Mixer)Location: Central City, NE Pay: $20.00+/hr (based on experience)Shift: 1st ShiftSchedule: Monday Friday 7: 00 AM 5: 00 PM + rotating Saturdays 7: 00 AM 12: 00 PMPosition OverviewIn this role, you ll support the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment by performing hands-on mechanical work. You ll work with key components like augers, chains, shafts and bearings to keep operations running smoothly and safely.What You ll Do
- Replace and repair worn or damaged machine components
- Assist with equipment setup, alignment and adjustments
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service tasks
- Use tools such as grinders, impacts and wrenches
- Work with a torch and plasma cutter when needed
- Inspect machinery and identify potential issues
- Lubricate and maintain moving parts
- Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members on larger repair projects
- Experience in manual labor, maintenance or mechanical work preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG) is a bonus, not required
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to handle physical work and lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working in industrial and outdoor conditions
