Manual MachinistLocation: Tulsa, OKPay: $22-$24/hr DOESchedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Friday 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
HireCall is currently seeking an experienced Manual Machinist for a growing manufacturing facility in Tulsa. This is a great opportunity for a dependable machinist with strong blueprint reading skills and hands-on experience operating manual machining equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manual lathes, grinders, and centerless grinding equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Use precision measuring tools including O.D. calipers and I.D. micrometers
- Maintain quality and accuracy throughout production
- Follow all shop safety procedures and company standards
- Work overtime as needed, including staying late on Fridays and occasional Saturdays
Requirements:
- Experience with manual machining required
- Lathe, grinding, or centerless grinding experience required(Experience in all three preferred)
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Strong math skills required
- Ability to accurately use precision measuring equipment
- Steel toe boots required
- Reliable transportation required – location is not on a bus route
