Job Description
-Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products, pricing and delivery schedules.-Generate timely and accurate quotes on industrial hardware/fasteners (i.e. source, pricing, and lead time) with appropriate follow-up with customers.-Process customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner through various sales channels (email, phone, e-commerce).-Work directly with assigned customers, providing timely, appropriate and accurate responses to requests and inquiries.-Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters, specific to your accounts (pricing, delivery, quality issues).-Identify and recommend innovative solutions based on the customer's needs.-Act as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and responsiveness.-Perform other duties that may be assigned.
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales or account management experience required.-Ability to handle a high volume of inbound requests from prospective and existing customers.-Exceptional time management skills.-Experience working with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar distribution ERP system preferred.-High School Diploma or GED required, secondary degree preferred.
