Manufacturing Associates Needed ASAP!Job Title: Manufacturing AssociatePay: $17 - $19 per hourHours:

• 1st Shift, 6 a.m.- 4 p.m., Monday- Thursday, and 6 a.m.- 2 p.m. on Fridays*
• 2nd Shift, 4 p.m.- 2 a.m., Monday- Thursday, and 2 p.m.- 10 p.m. on Fridays

Join us as a Manufacturing Associate and make an impact every day. As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll support daily production operations in a busy, team-oriented environment. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high safety standards and quality.What You’ll Do:

• Operate machinery and follow standard manufacturing processes to ensure smooth production flow.*
• Assist with loading and unloading materials along the production line.*
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE, including steel-toed shoes.*
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.*
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.*
• Adapt to changing priorities and participate in cross-training opportunities to expand your skills.

What You’ll Bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.*
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor is a plus but not required.*
• Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and pay attention to detail.*
• A positive, dependable, and flexible attitude.*
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.*
• Steel-toed shoes (required from day one).*
• A Pre-Placement Background Check & Physical is completed if an offer is made

Location & Schedule:

• This position is based in Lewiston, ME.*
• Full-time schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week, plus occasional Fridays; some weeks may require five 10-hour days depending on workload.*
