Job Description
Hamilton Connections in Hamden is hiring for Manufacturing Associates (Welding/Press Operation/Machine Operation/Assembly/CNC). Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts!
We’re seeking a dependable manufacturing assembler with experience in assembly, production lines, machining, or welding.
Key responsibilities for Manufacturing
- Operate welding machines and presses
- Assemble parts; polish and finish as needed
- Perform first-piece inspection and document results
- Calibrate equipment
- CNC operators, set up helpful
Requirements for Manufacturing Associates
- Monday–Friday
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Read and follow blueprints (preferred)
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Details
- $18-20+ Depending on experience
- 1st: 7am-3:30
- 2nd: 3pm-12:30 Mon-Thurs, Fri 3pm-7pm
- 3rd: 11pm-7:30am Sunday night- Friday Morning
