Job Description

Manufacturing Carpentry Associate (Will Train!) – $18-$22/hr + Overtime

Location: New Haven, CTPay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experienceSchedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Overtime Available

Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing career with a growing company? Our client, an established manufacturer with over 45 years of success, is looking for motivated individuals to join their production team. If you're dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and have manufacturing experience, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Cut, trim, and sand carbon fiber materials

  • Assist with the assembly of boat components using molds

  • Work with epoxy adhesives following safety guidelines

  • Use hand tools, utility knives, measuring tapes, and DA sanders

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience required

  • Composite or carbon fiber experience is a plus, but not required

  • Willingness to learn and be trained

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials throughout an 8-hour shift

  • Reliable transportation to New Haven, CT
