Manufacturing Clean Up Technician

Type: Full Time

Shift: Swing and Graveyard Shift available.

Compensation: $18 - $20/hour

Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Industrial Facilities Cleaner Job Duties:

• Performs both light and heavy clean up duties around a manufacturing environment, including shoveling.
• Accountable for assessing facility conditions at regular intervals and reporting hazards identified, along with repair needs and other opportunities for facility improvements to the Plant Manager
• Fill in as back up for designated Loader Operator, truck movement and/or Baler Operator when needed
• Perform other duties as required

Industrial Facilities Cleaner Requirements:

• Skid Steer, backhoe, excavator or front end loader experience is needed
• One to two years production line experience in an industrial setting preferred
• Will need good eye, hand and foot coordination
• Will need ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Will need ability to be around & clean up sawdust
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task
• Will be lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a minimum of 7 hours per day
• Requires mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
