Job Description
The Manufacturing Cost & Revenue Analyst position will be responsible for specific functional areas of accounts in the daily and the month-end close process, ensuring transactions are properly recorded, accounts are properly reconciled and financial reporting is accurate, consistent and timely.
Responsibilities
· Ensure proper recording of transactions in assigned functional area
· Carry out the monthly accounting close process for assigned area to ensure accurate financial reporting, in a timely manner
· Reconcile specific balance sheet accounts and sub-ledgers & perform account analysis including review of income statement accounts for reasonableness and completeness
· Participate in preparation of the annual budget
· Work with departmental managers to increase financial reporting accuracy and respond to inquiries regarding results and special reporting requests
· Participate in internal and external year-end audits and tax return filings
· Provide continued development and improvement of internal controls, policies & written procedures to ensure compliance and integrity of the Company’s financial results in accordance with GAAP
· Coordinate with other facility personnel regarding coding, processing and approval of disbursements, receipts and entry to the accounting system.
· Execute other ad hoc projects analyses as required.

· Ability to communicate accounting matters to non-finance personnel
Qualifications
· Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited university required
· 1 - 3 years’ experience in an accounting or auditing role
· Process manufacturing experiences a plus
· Demonstrated career growth through progressively expanded responsibilities
· Experience with various ERP systems and report writing experience
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Able to lift up to fifty pounds
