This is how you will grow:
- Improving / continuous improvement projects working hand-in-hand with MFE personnel
- Example projects: camera integrations, poke-yoke / sensor installations, updating PLC programming, etc.
- Troubleshooting machine downtime / PLC issues with IT and Maintenance Controls teams
Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- Preferred B.S. Engineering (or equivalent experience working in engineering role for 5+ years)
- Siemens PLC experience / training
- Experience with programming / setup of camera systems (Keyence, Cognex, etc.)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and how they function
- Knowledge of MES systems/layer and how they function
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- SQL Server Management Studio querying
- Ideally a fast learner, as we will have to train on a proprietary controls standard
- Siemens TIA Portal experience (mostly troubleshooting, ground up programming not required)
- Vision system experience (ideally Keyence)
