Manufacturing Engineer - Aerospace Industry
? Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma? Pay: Up to $38/hour (DOE)? Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
? Position Overview
HireCall is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join a fast-paced aerospace/manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate job planning, efficient production processes, and top-tier quality standards from start to finish.
? Key Responsibilities
- Quote components and assemblies based on customer specifications
- Plan manufacturing and inspection processes for all jobs
- Develop and implement manufacturing techniques to ensure first-time quality and on-time delivery
- Provide accurate estimates for manufacturing, inspection, and outside processing costs
- Interpret customer models, CATIA files, blueprints, and specifications
- Establish efficient processes to ensure product conformity and profitability
- Collaborate with customers to resolve specification-related issues
- Work with suppliers to ensure outsourced products meet requirements and deadlines
? Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (estimating/engineering experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks)
- Experience working within AS9100 quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
? Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to support production floor activities and troubleshoot processes as needed
