Job Description

Manufacturer located in Stone Mountain is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for a temporary, project-based assignment supporting the build out of a new battery module rework assembly line. This is roughly a 3 month engagement

$35-$45 per hour

What You'll Do

You'll play a hands-on role in standing up a new assembly line from the ground up.

Support the build out of an assembly line for battery module rework
Design and review work instructions
Design, source, or build custom tooling
Design and support installation of the battery module assembly line
Work in AutoCAD to develop and document designs
Split time roughly 50/50 between office design work and floor-level implementation

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
Experience working in AutoCAD
Background in tooling design and work instruction development
Experience launching a new assembly line or supporting new product introduction
