Job Description

1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OT hours if requested - between 5-8 hours

Your ResponsibilitiesAs an OFP Assembly MElocated in Davenport, IA, supporting the Articulated Dump Truck (Client) assembly line, you will:

" Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery, and cost

" Lead and manage small to moderate Product capital projects

" Establish and maintain layouts, labor standards, methods and sequence of events for assembly operations

" Analyze, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies

" Provide support and troubleshooting for current assembly operationsWhat Skills You Need

" 3 or more years of experience with manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventative maintenance, and facilities

" Experience with engineering tools and manufacturing execution systems

" Experience leading and implementing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

" Strong communication skills with operators, peers, and leadership

" Self-motivated and able to execute with minimal supervision

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology discipline or equivalent related work experience

(Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical engineering preferred)

" Strong personal accountability, follow-through, and ability to foster a positive, engaged team environmentIdentify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas for Articulated Dump Truck assembly operations
